She specialises in a variety of psychotherapeutic interventions, with a focus on the brain-body connection, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma- and attachment-based approaches.
The principal modalities that Victoria utilises are CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy) and Ego State Therapy.

After 20 years of supporting adults, young people, couples, and families, Victoria has a wide range of experience, including working in hospitals, community organisations, and private practice. She is skilled at providing both individual and family counselling, as well as facilitating therapeutic groups, workshops, and training. Born overseas, she understands the challenges of adjusting to a new culture and has solid experience in supporting clients from culturally diverse backgrounds.
