Samantha is a registered psychologist who is passionate about providing client centred and trauma informed care in a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment.
Samantha’s approach is warm, engaging, and respectful, and she strives to create a judgement free environment where clients can build confidence to discuss and address their unique challenges to improve their broader well-being. Samantha utilises a number of evidenced based therapeutic modalities to best support the individuals she collaborates with, including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
Additionally, Samantha has undertaken specific training to deliver Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E) for eating disorders, as well as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT-ED) for eating disorder presentations. Samantha works with individual’s aged 16+, with consideration for age 11+ for early intervention purposes.

- Complex trauma and post traumatic stress disorder

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her young son, family, and friends exploring nature, attending sporting events, and unwinding with a good coffee.
