Paulina is a registered psychotherapist who welcomes her clients’ struggles with caring presence and deep compassion when they enter the therapy space.
Paulina has a long-standing passion for understanding how the mind works and helping others to feel understood, supported, and accepted. By keeping her clients in unconditional positive regard, she strives to create a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental environment where clients can be seen and heard. She holds a fundamental belief that all individuals are unique and takes a holistic approach to facilitating healing and transformation at her clients’ individual pace.
In addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Counselling, Paulina is an accredited Yoga Teacher and a Reiki and Theta Practitioner. With her combined background in psychological science and body-based practices, she uses applications of therapy and mindfulness to help her clients to slow down, connect to their body and mind and honour all parts of themselves.
Paulina has a special interest in couple/relationship therapy and has undertaken extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT). Her aim is to assist partners to connect with their inner experiences, explore their needs, longing and fears while fostering safe relationships with deep connection.
Throughout her career, Paulina has had the privilege of providing psychological and emotional support and treatment to individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, including:

The treatment modalities that she uses in her work with individuals and couples include Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-informed Therapies, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
She has lived and worked in Australia, the UK and Europe, and feels comfortable in a therapeutic space with those of diverse gender, sexuality, family structures, culture and neurotypes; she strives to create security and acceptance for all her clients.
