What can I do to help?
For most of her professional life, Aivy (pronounced “Ivy”) dedicated herself to her first passion: art. Her work designing for animated TV shows and commercials took her from Brisbane to Los Angeles for 5 years. There she awoke to a new passion for human connection, spirituality, mindfulness, and philosophy, and is now happily studying to become a Mental Health social worker.
Gregarious and reassuring, Aivy speaks fluent English and Vietnamese, and can say nice things to you in 3 other languages, too. As a daughter to refugees, she is accustomed to navigating diverse cultural frameworks. Her 2 years of experience in medical reception serving predominantly immigrant communities ensures that the utmost care is taken in client care and communications.
When she’s not answering the phone in her strangely soothing Americanised accent, you can find Aivy keeping active, outside with a sketchbook, volunteering, making people laugh, and tearing up the dancefloor. Drawing upon her eclectic life and skills, she openly receives all on their journey to wholeness and self-understanding at Mindful Psychology.
